SYMPTOMS
========

When you set an account to expire on February 29, 2000, User Manager
displays the following error message:

   February only has 28 days in this year.

RESOLUTION
==========

Windows NT 4.0

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT
version 4.0. For more information, please see the following article in the
