The "Starter" edition of Windows 7 was targeted at slower, older computers that could not
handle the "Home Basic" or "Home Premium" editions of this OS therefore, only has
an x86 (32-bit version). Keep in mind that this x86 edition CAN run on 64-bit processors
but you will lose some performance and will be limited to only a max of 4GB of RAM.
Usually you would want to install a 64-bit version but if you specifically need the bare
minimum for an old computer, hey, who am I to stop you? I just provided the files. You just enjoy!
